By accessing our website, using our services or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referred to in them.

2. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use our website, services or products for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose, or interfere with the operation or security of our website.

3. Products and Product Information

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, photographs, videos, specifications and other information accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings and reasonable manufacturing variations.

Welby Studio Pressure Point Massage Sandals are designed for seated relaxation and wellness use. They are not conventional walking footwear. Customers should read and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

Applicable shipping charges, import duties, taxes or other charges will be communicated in accordance with our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout. Nothing on our website should be interpreted as representing a charge as Australian GST unless it is expressly identified as such.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may reasonably refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, stock is unavailable, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected, delivery cannot be completed, or we are required to do so by law.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be provided by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information and to use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Internationally fulfilled orders may be subject to customs processing and import procedures.

8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Returns, refunds, replacements and faulty-product claims are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Australian customers may have rights and consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified where that law applies. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any statutory right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Do not send a return to our Hong Kong registered office unless Welby Studio specifically instructs you to do so. If a return is approved or required, customer support will provide the appropriate returns address and instructions for that return.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, contact customer support. We may reasonably request your order number, photographs, video or other information necessary to assess the issue. Available remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Welby Studio name and branding, logos, graphics, product photography, videos, written content, product descriptions, packaging artwork, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Welby Studio International Limited, unless otherwise stated, and may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

11. Prohibited Uses

Unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Infringement of intellectual property or other legal rights.
Introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorised access.
Unlawful collection or tracking of personal information.
Interfering with the security or operation of the website.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store may rely on third parties for ecommerce infrastructure, payment processing, fulfilment, shipping, analytics, advertising and other services. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welby Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products where that liability may lawfully be excluded.
