After Welby Studio processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

11. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without your permission, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

You may also contact Welby Studio customer support regarding an order that you believe was placed fraudulently using your details.
