Shipping policy
1. Shipping to Australia
Welby Studio currently delivers to customers throughout Australia.
Orders may be fulfilled from our international fulfilment network, including facilities located in China, or from an Australian fulfilment facility where Australian inventory is available.
2. Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where Free Shipping is offered, no standard shipping charge will be added to the order.
All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout. There are no additional duties or import taxes for the customer to pay upon delivery.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Times
We always aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing and other external factors.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will generally begin processing on the next business day.
1. Processing time:
1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
2. Transit time:
Approximately 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
3. Estimated total delivery time:
Approximately 7–10 business days from the date your order begins processing.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing or delivery may take longer during product launches, promotional periods, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
4. Delivery Estimates
The delivery timeframes stated above are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, fulfilment location, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders fulfilled from within Australia may arrive sooner than the standard estimated timeframe.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short period after receiving your tracking information for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
6. International Fulfilment, Duties and Taxes
Some orders delivered to Australian customers may be dispatched from outside Australia and may therefore pass through Australian customs.
All applicable import duties and taxes associated with the delivery of your order are included in the price you pay at checkout. Welby Studio arranges for these applicable charges to be covered as part of the order and delivery process.
Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery for orders placed through the Welby Studio Australian store. This means the amount shown and paid at checkout represents the total amount payable by the customer for the
order, including any applicable import duties and taxes.
7. Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance.
Welby Studio and its logistics partners will manage the applicable customs and import process associated with
delivering your order.
In some circumstances, customs authorities or shipping carriers may request additional information from the
recipient to complete lawful customs clearance.
Customs processing is controlled by the relevant authorities and may occasionally affect delivery times.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- customs processing;
- carrier or transport disruptions;
- severe weather or natural disasters;
- public holidays or unusually high shipping volumes; and
incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact Welby Studio and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is complete and accurate before submitting
an order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
10. Lost Orders
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
11. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us investigate the issue, we may request:
- your order number;
- photographs of the shipping packaging;
- photographs or video showing the condition of the product; and
- a brief description of the issue.
Please retain the product and its packaging while the matter is being assessed.
12. Returns
Please do not return products to our Hong Kong registered office unless Welby Studio specifically instructs you to do so.
If a return is approved or required, Welby Studio customer support will provide the appropriate returns address and return instructions.
The returns location may vary depending on the customer’s location, fulfilment arrangements and reason for return.

13. Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, consumer guarantees or remedies available to Australian customers under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
